Refund & Return Policy

Damaged Items:

  • Products damaged during shipping will be replaced.

  • To initiate a claim, please call us at 910-601-5558 within 7 days of receiving your item. This allows us to understand your experience and determine exactly what was damaged.

Returns for Other Reasons:

  • Returns for reasons other than shipping damage will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • The buyer is responsible for:

    • Repackaging the item with the same care and materials used in the original shipment.

    • Covering return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be initiated and received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
